Securely Package Your Components
Place the items in their original anti-static bags and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Technical Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of your package and ship it via a tracked carrier to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Our technicians will verify the component's condition and serial numbers, after which your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
